How to Place an Ad
|
- Go
to the Place Ad screen. Select
the category, i.e., Real Estate,
etc. You may then need to select
a sub-category to continue.
- If
you are not signed in, you must
sign-in with your Member Name
and password. If you do not
have a Member Name, click on
the 'Sign me up!' link
to register for one. Once you
have completed the registration
form you must reply to the confirmation
email we will send you. For
more information on registering
for a Member Name.
- Place
your ad by entering information
about your ad in the list boxes
or entry fields. If the list
does not include the proper
description for your ad, you
can enter it in the description
field. You can also include
a photo with your ad.
- Review
your ad. If you wish to make
modifications to the information
in your ad, click 'Back'
on your browser to return to
the previous screen and make
any changes. If your ad is fine
the way it is, click the 'Place
Ad' button, and your ad
will go online as soon as possible
if you have completed your registration.
If you have not replied to your
confirmation E-mail, your ad
will be saved and will go online
once you have replied to this
E-mail.
- Your
ad must meet the following Terms
of Participation:

Hereby agree to post false
ads.
-
Hereby agree to post duplicate
ads.
- Hereby
agree to post ads in the
wrong categories or areas.

Classifieds reserves the right
to remove any listings for any
reason, and you will not be
notified in advance of any such
removal.
- People
may respond to your ad by phone
or E-mail, depending on the
seller information you provided.

How to Submit a Photo

-
Go to the Place Ad screen and
select the category to place
your ad.
- Select
one of the options in the menu.
after you finish Placing your
Ad select yes to submit your
photo for your ad .
- If
you choose to upload your photo
directly from your computer,
click on the 'Browse'
button to locate your photo
file (Note: JPEG and GIF file
formats are accepted. The maximum
file size is 20k). After you
have specified the file location,
click the 'Submit Photo'
button. Your photo will be displayed
immediately along with your
ad.

Changing an Ad:
|
- Go
to the "Edit Ads" screen.
- If
you are not signed in , you
must sign-in with your Member
Name and password and click
the'Sign in' button.
then choose 'Change'
- To
modify your ad, Use the form
that appears to modify your
ad
- Click
the 'Preview Ad' button
at the bottom of the screen
when you are finished. If you
decide not to change your ad,
do not click on 'Preview
Ad'.
- To
submit the ad, click on the
'Submit Changes' button.
If you have not replied to the
E-mail sent to you to confirm
your registration, you will
need to do so before the changes
to your ad will appear online.

How to Delete an Ad:
|
- Go
to the 'Edit Ads' screen.
- If
you are not signed in, you must
sign in with your Member Name
and password and click the 'Sign
in' button. then choose
'Delete'
- Your
entire ad will then appear.
Click on the 'Delete'
button at the bottom of the
screen. To delete your Ad.

How
long will your ad appear online
|
- Your
ad will appear for a duration
of three months. Following the
three months period, your ad
will be removed. However if
you would like to place your
ad again, please re-submit the
Ad. in the same manner as with
respect to the earlier submission.
